Each week, a fixed percentage of net losses (total losses minus total winnings) is returned as cashback: Bronze 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2%, Diamond 1.5%. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.
Cashback is calculated every Monday and added to the account. The cashback amount must be wagered at least 1 time before it can be withdrawn.
6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
